The Town of Wallace offers the following business incentives.

Facade Grant
A matching grant of up to $1,000 is provided to businesses in the Historic Downtown District for improvements to the exterior theire buildings.  Approval of improvements by the Historic Commission is required.

WRIP Tax Credit
The Wallace Redevelopment Incentive Policy provides a Town property tax credit for businesses that redevelop and improve commercial property in the Historic Downtown District and highway 117 corridor

Revolving Loan Fund
Property owners in the Historic Downtown District may apply for a loan to repair roofs up to $50,000.  

Additional financial incentives are available at the County level.
